IE(I) BEST DIVISION AWARD ” by TAMILNADU STATE CENTRE – STUDENT CHAPTER
The Institution of Engineers (India) TAMIL NADU STATE CENTRE has organized ‘5th IE(I), Tamilnadu State Centre Students’ & Technicians’ Chapter Convention’ in combined with ‘All India Seminar on ‘Innovation, Technology and Knowledge Economy’ on 11th & 12th March 2019 at The Institution of Engineers (India) Auditorium, Tamilnadu State Centre, Chepauk, Chennai. On that auspicious occasion the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, K. S. Rangasamy College of Technology has been honored with “IE(I) BEST DIVISION AWARD ” by TAMILNADU STATE CENTRE – STUDENT CHAPTER for organizing more technical events and workshops in IE(I) students’ chapter during the year 2018-19. Dr. M. K. Elango, Head of the Department, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology has received the award representing Department of EEE.

Rangasamy College of Technology has been honored with “BEST STUDENT AWARD” by TAMILNADU STATE-STUDENTS COMMITTEE for her exalted and eminent performance in academic activities during the academic year 2018-19.
MERITORIOUS ERUDITION TO THE STUDENT’S OF K.S.RANGASAMY COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY
The Institution of Engineers (India) had announced award of Scholarship for the Academic Year 2016 – 21017 in the month of September, 2017. All over India, more than 1300 Students had applied for this Scholarship. Among them, only 10 Students got an opportunity to receive this Scholarship. Out of 10 beneficiaries, 5 of our students, namely I.Aarthi, M.Abubackkar Sidhiq, V.Aravinthan, K.Koushika and S.Sadish belongs to Electrical and Electronics Engineering got an opportunity to avail this scholarship of Rs. 38,000/-
This Scholarship will help them to meet their financial constraints. Scholarship cheques were handed over to the beneficiary’s by beloved founder Chairman Lion Dr.K.S.Rangasamy MJF. Beneficiaries were highly appreciated and blessed by Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Principal, Head of the Department and Professors to receive similar awards and Honors.
