Aspire Systems and K.S.Ragasamy College of Technology launching SHINE: Skill Enhancement & Employability Program
Aspire Systems, Chennai – a leading global technology services firm, has announced the launch of Program ‘SHINE’, in collaboration with K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode, as part of its Institutional Social Responsibility Program. With a focus on Information Technology Skill Enhancement & Employability Program, the company is looking to enable students from lower economic backgrounds, from namakkal and its surrounding districts.
SHINE Program was inaugurated on 07.12.2022 at K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode. The SHINE program SPoC Dr.G.Karthikeyan, Vice-Principal welcomed gathering and Dr.R.Gopalakrishnan, Principal, said that Imparting of employability skills are the need of the hour, the students do have access to the best of theoretical knowledge, it is the IT industry’s responsibility to equip them with skills that help them go up the value chain, Principal thanked Aspire Systems to setup the SHINE learning centre at K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology.
The team of Aspire systems, Mr.Subburathinam, Mr.Sathappan, Ms.Anitha and the trainer Ms.Merlin was joined and inaugurated the SHINE Learning Centre. Mr.Subburathinam, Aspire Systems said, SHINE is structured to impart holistic job skills. The course not only focuses on imparting core programming skills, but also imparts soft skills that are vital for one’s professional success. Mr.Sathappan S, Head – Corporate Social Responsibility, Aspire Systems said, The SHINE programme is playing a fruitful role in empowering unemployed and under-employed youth in the Namakkal region. We offer the students a hands-on learning experience. We are delighted to share that the programme has been a great success, as most of our candidates have found suitable IT careers.
Over 27 students have enrolled into this SHINE program and the course is scheduled to begin from December 2022. Mr.R.Srinivasan, Vice Chairman, KSR Educational Institution, Tiruchengode said, “I have been a witness to the wonderful success of SHINE conducted by Aspire Systems with unwavering focus on their social commitment. We value our continuing association with Aspire, and we look forward to providing more such opportunities to the rural youth who live around us.”
The entire SHINE program was coordinated by Dr.G.Karthikeyan, Vice-Principal, Dr.K.Mohan, Mr.S.Rajkumar and Mr.U.Vivek
